Your pup's success depends on your dedication to his training.
We give you the tools and knowledge to help your pup grow into a
well behaved adult dog but without your commitment to continue
reinforcement of the learned behaviors your pup's training will go
down hill fast.
Your pup's training should become a way of life. Sitting before
going outside or for his food bowl, going to his bed while you eat
dinner, and playing with his own toys are all things that can be
worked into daily life until they become habit.
Remember, what you let your pup get away with now will be a real
problem later. Let's start creating good habit now.
This 10 day stay in the trainer's home is designed for puppies
ages 10 - 15 weeks. Since pups at this young age require more
rest than adults we work shorter periods of time and more often.
Your puppy will get plenty of exercise and socialization with other
dogs along with learning to behave appropriately in the home. We
will also work on cratetraining and housetraining and provide a
potty schedule for your pup that you will need to follow for
successful potty training.
What will your "pup" learn while staying with the trainer?
Not to bite or nip.
Not to jump up on people.
Play with appropriate toys.
Accept all over body handling.
Follow the Leader.
Come when called.
To Sit when ask.
Relax on his bed or other Place.
Accept going to the crate and napping quietly.
A housetraining schedule that works for you.
The cost of the 10 day stay is $500 (includes the training collar)
The program includes 2 In home follow up appointments that must
be kept to insure the training is being reinforced and maintained
correctly.
You are also encouraged to come to the weekly Unlimited Group
Class to continue your handling skills, working around distractions
and continue socialization.
